Jeff Swanson, a native Phoenician, is the Executive Director of Administration for One Step Beyond, he leads HR, Recruiting, Infrastructure/IT, Corporate Training & Compliance/Quality Assurance across AZ & CA campuses. A double alumnus and former student-athlete of The Grand Canyon University, Jeff received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. Prior to One Step Beyond, he spent twelve years in the front office with the Arizona Diamondbacks organization working in Finance, Alumni Relations, Special Events, Corporate and Community Impact, and closely with the Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation. Deeply committed to his community, Jeff has served on the Board of Directors for United Blood Services, Arrowhead Little League, Eagle Cove Community HOA, and the Be Kind People Project; and for the past ten years has been coaching a (or multiple) baseball teams.Jeff and his wife Melissa have two boys, Kayden and Noah, and reside in North Phoenix. He is motivated to raise his boys into strong young men who genuinely impact the world and from a vocational perspective, to ensure that One Step Beyond increases & maintains a strong footprint providing opportunities for inclusion & allowing the organization to be sustainable, expand our reach and positively impact our participant base, families and Community stakeholders for generations to come.
