  • Matching Gifts
An employer matches whatever donation amount donated on behalf of one of their employees. Typically the employee must complete a Matching Gift Request to their employer’s Human Resources Department and funds are delivered once the gift has been verified.
  • Volunteer Grants
Employees of an organization volunteer for a One Step Beyond event or class, and the employer provides a grant based on the amount of time volunteered from their employees.
  • Payroll Deductions
Similar to United Way, employees are able to opt into their companies Corporate Giving Program and donate a percentage or fixed amount from their payroll.
