Kaitlin is one of those individuals who is fueled by her passion and in her words, “Culinary is my passion”. Working with the One Step Beyond Culinary Team has given Kaitlin the tools needed to learn how to cook and be a restaurant hostess. She works to reinforce her classroom training at home by helping to prepare food. As a hostess, Kaitlin’s charismatic personality shines through as she greets, seats, and serves guests. Kaitlin wants to use the training she has received from One Step Beyond to pursue her dream of being an Iron Chef. It is safe to say that we are very proud of Kaitlin and are honored to help her reach her dreams!
