Howard is a partner at Snell & Wilmer law firm specializing in intellectual property law. Howard grew up in Arizona since 1976 and went to the University of Arizona, where he earned an Engineering Physics degree. Howard worked for General Electric, then went to Arizona State for law school. Howard and his wife, Wendi, have 3 children, including his son Tyler, who attends OSBI in Scottsdale, AZ. Howard has served as a past Chair and remains a Board member of SARRC. Howard is also Chair of the Board of First Place adult special needs housing group.
