Join us for an unforgettable evening of Cooking with Chris Curtiss and some of our OSBI Culinary Program Participants as we roll up our sleeves in the kitchen, learn some sensational tips, tricks, and recipes, and the best part…all of this benefits OSBI!

The menu will include:
Tutorial to
prepare the perfect classic Negroni and charcuterie board.
The main course will feature a Parmesan and Herb Crusted Beef Tenderloin with Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Cambozola Polenta and an Aged Balsamic Roasted Pear Crumble with Vanilla Mascarpone.

Prior to the event, attendees will receive an ingredient list and the Zoom link to sign on to the event!
